Yah, your ink pieces are definitely your strong suit, your color rending is kinda hurting some of the life in your pieces, feels a bit air-brushy overall, real soft, kinda general rendering which hurts the work a bit.

Keep cranking out the line work, you're showing huge potential there, and try some more cel-shaded style coloring with subtle gradient use, seeing bits of that used like the demon hand in this one:



REALLY helps enhance your line and ink work, not take away or drown it out. It'll also help your focus, working with a limited color palette, tonal range, etc.

Hope that helps. Im a very PRO "less is more" guy, and sometimes people get caught up in too much over-rendering with digital coloring, and it just gets a bit muddy, soft, etc.

It's a lot more convenient and it's not hard at all

the horse one is sick, totally different from your other stuff. and that waterfall one is extremely nice. looks like canvas, every detail is subtle, but still there. your shading with pencil is impressive and inkwork is very clean. the color does take away from your pieces sometimes tho, which is exactly what i want to improve on too...i agree with going for more cel shading as opposed to the gradients too.

I love your art! The styling is so unique! Your ink pieces are clean and your color work is fantastic. It threw me off a little bit with your face proportions, but it's absolutely lovely! I love the fact your noses aren't these cute little petite non-existant things XDDD. I also cant' get over your women, go curves! :D
